Sony Digital Camera
Setup
on a Sea Breeze .40 size
gondola.
This Model Is New
For 2005.
Here is a look at the
.40 size camera model.
I set this model up for
a Sony Cyber Shot 7.2 Mega Pixels.
The camera is drop
mounted.
I use a 1/4-20 nylon
bolt in the tripod mounting hole to locate and secure the camera in
the camera pad. You can see a video clip of the camera being drop mounted as
well as how the camera is controlled by Clicking
Here and letting the video clip load. Please give the clip time to load. It
is worth the wait for sure.
Channels 6 and 7 are
used to activate the camera.
The camera can be turned
on or off as well as tripping
the shutter using channel # 6 on my radio
system.
Channel #7 is used to
tilt the camera forward and back.
Here is a close look at
the servo used to turn the camera On and Off as well as to take the
pictures. You can see a video clip of this servo in action by Clicking
Here and letting the video clip load. Please give the clip time to load. It
is worth the wait for sure.
Please note that when I
say let go in the video clip. I mean that the knob is turned and then returned
to the center and then let go. Turning the knob all the way to the left and then
returning the knob to center will turn On or Off the camera.
Turning the knob all the
way to the right and then returning to the center will take a
picture.
If
you need more information on this setup or if you have
questions.
I am always glad to help
when I can.
